Just one practice today for the Ac Reggiana players. The lads devoted the first part of the session to work on their fitness with quick and rapidity exercises. Then they moved to work on the team tactics with build up play and several “11 against zero”. The session ended with a short sided pick-up game.

Ettore Marchi and Alessandro Sbaffo practiced regularly, while Andrea Bovo skipped the pick up game because of a bruised finger in his foot.

Simone Perilli did work in the gym and did therapies for his ailing back.

Daniele Pedrelli worked in the gym.

Tomorrow the lads will be back at it in the morning, still on the athletic turf of the Reggio Calcio training center.
