It just ended the Ac Reggiana’s team practice at the Via Agosti training ground. The lads began with an athletic warm up and then did several individual technique exercises. The players then did several ball possessions games on a smaller portion of the pitch. It all finished with a short sided pick up game and some more athletic work with club’s athletic trainer Franco Ferrini.
Ettore Marchi skipped the pickup game and devoted the final chunk of the practice to an athletic work with Prof Ferrini.
Andrea Bovo (flexor) worked apart, and if everything goes as planned, he will join his teammates on Monday.
Mattia Lombardo (ankle) worked apart with prof. Cristian Freghieri
Dario Maltese (knee) worked in the gym and did therapies.
Tomorrow the players will be back at it in the morning at the Via Agosti training facility
