One single practice this morning for the lads. The Ac Reggiana players did train, the second to last before the Forlì match (Sunday at 6.30 pm), at the via Agosti training grounds. The lads after a technical warm up worked intensely on the team tactics. They then moved to work on their rapidity and change of directions before finish everything with a short sided 11 a side. .
Erik Panizzi had to stop beforehand because of a mild sprain of an ankle.
Luigi Falcone kept training apart, by working in the gym, stationary bike and light jogging.
Dario Maltese kept on with his rehabilitation program from his knee surgery.
Tomorrow the player will be back to train in the early afternoon.
