It just ended the last Ac Reggiana practice before leaving Reggio Emilia toward San Benedetto where the lads will play Sambenedettese tomorrow afternoon (kick-off at 2.30 pm). The players started with several ball possession exercises. They then worked on rapidity and change of pace with the athletic trainer, Franco Ferrini and the session finished with a pickup game on a short sided pitch and the work on set pieces.
Martì Riverola did the whole practice with his teammates.
Simone Perilli worked in the gym and then individually with goalkeeper coach Andrea Rossi. He will gradually be back to practice with the team during next week.
Dario Maltese (knee) and Mattia Lombardo (sprain ankle) did specific therapies.
